Our Classes


Full Body / Entry level
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their practice. START introduces you to the SRT reformer with slower, deliberate movements that build strength, stability, and confidence. Learn the fundamentals while getting a full-body workout.
We recommend attending 2–5 START classes before moving on to a more advanced class.

Full Body / Intermediate
Our signature workout: a dynamic full-body SRT reformer session targeting core, legs, glutes, and arms. Slow, controlled movements activate every muscle and improve strength, endurance, balance, and posture.
Expect an intense workout that challenges, strengthens, and sculpts your body.

Full Body / Advanced
For advanced participants ready for the next challenge. BURN intensifies the Signature workout with faster transitions, longer holds, and increased resistance—keeping every muscle firing from start to finish. Expect a challenging, high-intensity session that strengthens, tones, and pushes your endurance to the next level.
