  • What is Megaformer training compared to classical reformer pilates?
Our Megaformer workouts are rooted in Pilates principles but brought into contemporary workouts with dynamic, full-body training that strengthens, tones, and challenges—without sacrificing control or alignment. Expect slow, deliberate transitions combined with constant muscle engagement. It’s a high-effort, high intensity training, targeting strength, endurance, and stability in one seamless session. This unique approach challenges both body and mind while taking care of your joints.
  • What should I bring to class?
Wear your favourite workout clothes, and bring your grip socks and your a water bottle. Non-slip socks are mandatory (available at the studio if needed). Fresh towels are provided free of charge, and you can buy drinks right by the entrance in the studio.
  • Who is this training suitable for?
Our training is suitable for all fitness levels – from beginner to advanced – as exercises can be individually adapted. It is primarily designed for healthy individuals. If you have an injury or medical condition, please consult your doctor before participating. As a rule of thumb, our classes are not suitable for injuries. Pre- and postnatal participants must provide a doctor’s confirmation that they are cleared to train.
  • When should I arrive to class?
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class and the concentration of other participants, so we kindly ask that you be on time. Anyone arriving after the class has started will unfortunately not be able to participate.
  • Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Our coaches will guide you step by step through the exercises. For those new to the Megaformer, we highly recommend starting with our beginner-friendly class START to build confidence and learn the basics safely.
  • How many participants are in one class?
Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure personal attention from our instructors.
  • How long is a session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start so you have enough time to get ready. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class and the concentration of other participants, so we kindly ask that you be on time.
  • Can I attend the classes even though I am pregnant?
Please consult your doctor and obtain confirmation that you are cleared for high-intensity reformer training. Let our instructors know that you are pregnant before class. If you have a doctor's confirmation we recommend joining our START or SIGNATURE classes, which are suitable during pregnancy and can be slightly adapted for you by our instructors. Most importantly; always listen to your body and your doctor—your health and your baby’s well-being come first.
