FAQs
Our Megaformer workouts are rooted in Pilates principles but brought into contemporary workouts with dynamic, full-body training that strengthens, tones, and challenges—without sacrificing control or alignment. Expect slow, deliberate transitions combined with constant muscle engagement. It’s a high-effort, high intensity training, targeting strength, endurance, and stability in one seamless session. This unique approach challenges both body and mind while taking care of your joints.
Wear your favourite workout clothes, and bring your grip socks and your a water bottle. Non-slip socks are mandatory (available at the studio if needed). Fresh towels are provided free of charge, and you can buy drinks right by the entrance in the studio.
Our training is suitable for all fitness levels – from beginner to advanced – as exercises can be individually adapted. It is primarily designed for healthy individuals. If you have an injury or medical condition, please consult your doctor before participating. As a rule of thumb, our classes are not suitable for injuries. Pre- and postnatal participants must provide a doctor’s confirmation that they are cleared to train.
